Looks like Sony really wants to keep in the game.  They have cut the price of the 160GB and 320 GB models by $50.

New pricing is as follows:

160 GB $249

320 GB $299

Prices are likewise dropping in Japan and Europe.  I guess if you’ve been holding out, now is the time to grab one.
